C.H.I. 3200 Series Commercial Doors

CHI's line of tough, heavy-duty commercial doors are engineered for both durability and smooth operation.  Their ribbed steel designs are built to last with heavy commercial use.  C.H.I. Commercial Steel Doors include a 10 year limited warranty and, depending upon the gauge you choose, come in variety of colors.
Our ribbed steel models come in various gauges, both hollow and insulated.
For a different look than our standard ribbed steel models, we offer the 3214 which is our double-sided steel, urethane-insulated door.
The 3290 is a full-version commercial glass door with a sturdy and smooth-operation aluminum frame.  These doors are built for both a clear view and a long life.

• Sections are 2" thick, roll-formed steel and galvanized with a baked-on polyester finish.  They are available in three different gauges.
• Tracks can be either 2" or 3" as specified and are available in one of 8 different track systems.
• Torsion springs are helically would with oil-tempered wire and individually calibrated for each door.
• The 3200 Series is a premium line of commercial doors.

SPECIFICATIONS

SECTIONS

• Roll-formed steel sections to be 2" thick, G60 hot-dipped galvanized with a baked-on polyester finish.

• Sections are available in:
  - 20 gauge white
  - 24 gauge white, brown, silver, and sandstone
  - 26 gauge white and brown

• Stiles are box-shape and galvanized

• Section joints are tongue-and-groove

• Bottom astragal is "U" type with an aluminum retainer

• Stiles are face-riveted vs. glued

TRACKS

• Tracks are 2" or 3", as specified

• Available in bracket mount, angle mount, angle out, angle in, 12" radius, 15" radius, high lift, vertical lift, follow roof line, or dual track low head room

HARDWARE

• Package includes 11 gauge or 14 gauge hinges, as specified, and 2" or 3" long-stem or short-stem rollers

• Steel rollers with 10 ball bearings

• Heavy duty adjustable top roller brackets

SPRINGS

• Torsion springs are helically would with oil-tempered wire

• All springs are individually calibrated for each door

• Torsion tubes are coated with a rut-resistant lacquer

INSULATION TYPES

• Polystyrene with high impact styrene back cover

• Polystyrene with 26 gauge steel back cover

• Stiles include special clips to hold insulation retainer in position
